Terms and conditions

Cancellation: Only in case of rental of 1 to 2 rooms:
Up to 5 days before arrival: free of charge
5-2 days before arrival: 30% of the reservation amount must be paid.
48 h-24 h before arrival: 50% of the reservation amount must be paid.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will pay the entire amount, 100% of the reservation amount.
The same applies to a no-show.
In exceptional cases, you can request a refund by email.

For groups - more than 3 rooms - the conditions of KHN apply.
